Porto - Arsenal

Porto are Arsenal are against each other in this important match of Champions League. This match will be played in Estadio do Dragao of Porto and I believe that this should be the only strong point of Porto that will give everything in front of many supporters just for a positive result as this team should know what chances they have in England for the second leg. Porto comes in this match with a great form after have won last three matches, two in their leagua and one in the Portugal cup. In the other side Arsenal doesn't have a good form but in the last match performed after had secured an important win in Premier League against Liverpool with the result 1-0. Porto will welcome back a great player like Hulk that was out for many weeks so this must be a good news for them but still the coach of Porto is not yet satisfied as he have many important players out for this clash like Cristian Rodriguez, Diego Valeri, Ernesto Fairas and Orlando that are all important for this team. It seems like Arsenal have almost the same problems tonight since this team will play without many important players like Robin van Persie, Johan Djourou, Kieran Gibbs, Carlos Vela, Andrey Arshavin, Gallas, Almunia and still two other players remain in doubt for tonight like Eduardo and Alex Song. It looks like Arsenal will be tonight without several important players but this team have enough quality to suprise with a good performance in Portugal and to secure an important win. In this situation I would prefer to be in the Arsenal side since Porto is not the same team that was 1-2 years ago when have reached even the quarterfinal against Manchester United so for that reason I would like to give some points to Arsenal that must be superior in the way that this team is playing lately.

Porto: Helton; Fucile, Bruno Alves, Rolando, Pereira; Belluschi, Fernando, Raul Meireles; Hulk, Falcao, Mariano.

Arsenal: Fabianski, Sagna, Campbell, Vermaelen, Clichy; Fabregas, Denilson, Diaby; Nasri, Bendtner, Rosicky.



Prediction: Arsenal to Win (3.15 @ Betfair)

if u allow me.. i have some commnets on this game!
Please dont get mad but i dont see Arsenal winning this one...not at all , Porto last round In Portugal 0-0 away at Leyxoies but that gives me a clear message they are ready for Arsenal on home ground, the most probable result here i think is a DRAW 0-0 , 1-1 that is my oppinion

I WISH U GOOD LUCK ON THIS ONE , I`m sure that u have your own reasons to trust Arsenal and i Hope they will winn because u will win too

I`m not betting this one , do not count me in i`m to chicken

Yep hunt3r, strange things happening, we've talked about those but it's not over yet till the things come in their way...

Now about that Champions League match,

In fact I took this bet when I didn't knew that Arsenal traveled without Gallas and Almunia. I think it completely different now as in the first view with all those missings I saw an under estimation for Arsenal. Now I see why the odds are in that way and It's nothing strange at those odds. Of course Porto have much advantages tonight as will play at home and in front of many supporters and those Portugal players can take the goal from nowhere. In fact I took this bet as I can't imagine Arsenal to be out from Champions League in this round so in my opinion the most probable result is like you say a draw but Porto won't be satisfied and that means that Arsenal could have some spaces to score in some minutes. If the youngsters of Wenger profit from that than my bet will be won if not than it was just hunting odd. Anyway It's nothing left for me just to sit and watch the match and hope that the gunners will make my day.
