    Valenciennes - Metz

Great performance from Valenciennes this season, they've just some in League 1 and are one of the top 3 teams this season and only the goal difference made tehm 3-rd. At home they have 3 wins which was against Sochaux, Marseille, Toulouse. Metz on the other side is favourite for relegation this season they have only a point from 6 matches, and away they have 3 losses without scoring a goal.

    Absentees:

For Valenciennes: Audel, Dia, Jeovanio, Doumeng are injured

For Metz: Gygax, Leoni, Basson, Diakite, Cardy, Gestede will miss the match

For Metz will be hard in this match, they hardly score, only one goal they have this year. In my opinion the hosts will continue to impress with their play. Home win here.

Good luck to everybody because it is the most important thing in betting!

    Cool 02.09.2007

    HSV - Bayern Munich

What a perfect start from Bayern this season, really fantastic. Three matches, three wins, 10 scored goals and 0 in their own net, and now they are so hard to overcome. They made excellent selection this summer and transfered very classy and good players like Toni, Klose and Ribery. The secret of keeping their net clean is the strong defensive play from Bayern. Ottmar Hitzfeld put Martin Demichelis next to Lucio and that looks to be very good move, and this maybe is one of the reasons to keep clean sheet. Bayern defensive line is so tight so the teams hardly can reach Kahn. By the way, today's match will be record-breaker for Kahn it will be his match number 535 in Bundesliga, and with this match he outstriped the record from 534 matches. Bayern has also strong attack, attacks which keep their opponents out of their half. One more good thing is that when the ball is lost everybody goes back to help for getting it. As all the team is very balanced - great, well-organised and concentrated defence play, great attack with players who can score so often - they have all is need to be on top and they are.
Hamburger played a match for Uefa cup in the midweek and lot or a little the players will be tired. HSV started the seson good with 2 wins, but after that they were beaten by Bochum. They managed to score only 3 goals this season in Bundesliga, alone make the difference with Bayern. HSV have great ambitions in Bundesliga and they have good and classy players like De Jong, Kompany and Van der Vaart, but in this match they will have to show much more than they show usually if they want to get something. Their main purpose will be to find way the to stop "Super Ribery" and maybe De Jong will handle this hard task. "I'm hoping to do that, and I've been preparing for the job. Ribery is a super player. He could be the man for me to mark in the game. I'll be using clean Dutch tackling. I don't want to be booked or sent off in the first half!" - De Jong said.
Daniel van Buyten is wary of his former club, he said "They know exactly that you can quickly go from top to bottom in the standings. Hamburg are scared to go through that all over again. That's why they're making a much better impression than they did last season". But as all Bayern are optimistic about the clash, which will be one of the serious matches in the start of the season. The 57,000 full house at the Hamburg World Cup Arena will see a self-assured but respectful visiting side. “We know what to expect there. HSV have the potential to be one of the best clubs in the league. It’ll be a big challenge for us,“ Hitzfeld warned, while Lahm described the match as “a serious test.”
HSV will be without one very important player for the team - Vincent Kompany who got a red card against Bochum and was banned for one match. Guy Demel is also out but for 4 matches. Tehy are also without the injured trio of Fillinger, Sorin and Benjamin.
For Bayern the match misses Toni, but Klose is fit, Podolski too but he will be on the bench.

    Probable line-ups:

HSV: F. Rost - Brecko, B. Reinhardt, Mathijsen, Atouba - Jarolim, de Jong - Castelen, van der Vaart, Trochowski - Zidan

Bayern: Kahn - Lell, Lucio, Demichelis, Lahm - van Bommel, Zé Roberto - Hamit Altintop, Ribery, Schweinsteiger - Klose

The match will be maybe the hardest in the Bundesliga this weekend. HSV will have a lot of troubles in my opinion with, the great at the moment, Bayern. If Bayern play in the way they usually do they can win this match even with more than 1 or 2 goals. I think HSV will not manage to get something on their stadium, simply Bayern team is well balanced and everything there is calculated."Bayern are unpredictable, which is quite difficult for everyone. That's a totally new quality of FC Bayern", said Hannover's captain and goalkeeper Robert Enke i think in the same way.

So my pick here will be away win!

    Blackburn - Manchester city

Great start of the season from city, they showed potential. They started with 3 wins but finally was beaten by The Gunners from North London. They go into this match after 3 clean sheets, but Arsenal players managed to find a way of scoring. Manchester United was also near, but the fortune wasn't with them. Casper Schmeichel do excellent job and will start, while Andreas Isaksson is still out with a hand injury. Blackburn also with good start of the seson, they are still unbeaten in all competitions, they managed to beat 2 times Mypa with clean sheetes for Uefa cup, and in Premiership they managed to beat Boro and drew against Arsenal and Everton. Both of the teams had matches in the midweek but the key players was saved.

Blackburn are missing Peter, Berner, Henchoz and Reid. But the likes of McCarthy and Santa Cruz will definitely return. Christopher Samba looks he will miss out so long while as he is recovering from illness. Rovers have a very strong team especially with in form wingers Pedersen and Bentley.

Blackburn from: Friedel, Enckelman, Emerton, Samba, Nelsen, Ooijer, Warnock, Bentley, Dunn, Savage, Pedersen, Santa Cruz, McCarthy, Derbyshire, Roberts, Kerimoglu, Mokoena, Rigters, Khizanishvili

For City Andreas Isaksson is still out replaced by Kasper Schmeichel. Valeri Bojinov will miss out with a knee injury but everything should be ok because he hadn't have time to show what he can do. The influential midfielder Geovanni will probably shake off a thigh injury and will be on line. So The Citizens should have a very good squad to choose from.

City from: Schmeichel, Hart, Corluka, Onuoha, Jihai, Richards, Dunne, Garrido, Ball, Fernandes, Geovanni, Hamann, Johnson, Ireland, Petrov, Elano, Bianchi

So difficult for predicting game. Both of the teams in good form and they will try to keep it. Blachburn will look to keep their unbeten record, while City will try to grab the 3 points in order to put some pressure on the top. Some people will say City made 3 wins, beat Machester in the derby, there are the better here, they will win. But i do not agree with this, i think it will be very hard against Blackburn. The styles of play of the teams is different, so this will make the things complicated. Both teams have good players. City have good attacking force - influential Geovanni, fast Petrov, Bianchi. But on the other side we have highly-influencial wingers like Pedersen and Bentley and also good strikers. So i think draw here will be logic end of the match. i think both teams can score

So my picks here: Draw (highest odd at Pinnacle @ 3.45), both teams to score, and also on my mind is that the match can be under, i don't expect high-scoring game, so under 2.5 goals also can be good option IMO!

    Milan - Fiorentina

Milan opened the season with a convincing win away against the novice Genoa with 3-0 last Sunday. First they deservedly scored in the 21st minute, when Massimo Ambrosini heading in an Andrea Pirlo free-kick. Then only fro 2 minutes Kaka scored twice and everything was over.Genoa was not able even to score a consolation goal and Milan grabbed all the points.
This Friday, traveled once again, but this time to Monaco, where they face Sevilla in a match for the European Super Cup. Both sides starts lively, but Sevilla managed to get in front with REnato's goal in the 15-th minute after a corner kick he headed the ball into Dida's net. And this was teh result on the half-tiem. But the second half in my opnion was for Milan, they showed desire and class and Inzaghi managed to equalize in 56-minute after very beautiful pass frist from Pirlo to Gattuso, and after that excellent pass to Milan's striker. After that another great play this time from Marek Jankulovski, after a great cross pass from Pirlo he struck the ball first time and scored for 2-0. Milan secured the victory when Kaka was fouled in the penalty area, Palop saved the penalty, but teh ball come back to Kaka and he scored.

Fiorentina's talismanic striker Luka Toni was sold to Bayern this summer and he will miss a lot to Fiorentina. But despite that they started the season well with a home win over Empoli. Now in his absence, the workload is placed on Mutu's and Pazzini's shoulders. And they do it well in the first match, both scoring against Empoli, while Riccardo Montolivo adding the third.

    Teams, players, injuries:

Milan are without captain Paolo Maldini, who is recovering from knee surgery over the summer. Ronaldo is doubtful for the match. Filippo Inzaghi was spectacular in the match against Sevilla, but he will probably make way for Gilardino, because manager Carlo Ancelotti will want to get good use out of his strikers.

Milan probable(4-3-2-1): Dida; Oddo, Nesta, Kaladze, Jankulovski; Gattuso, Pirlo, Ambrosini; KakÃ*, Seedorf; Gilardino

Fiorentina have more injury concerns that their opponents, as Riccardo Montolivo, Franco Semioli and Martin Jorgensen are major doubts. The good news is that Tomas Ujfalusi returns to the side.

Fiorentina probable(4-3-3): Frey; Ujfalusi, Dainelli, Gamberini, Pasqual; Donadel, Liverani, Kuzmanovic; Santana, Pazzini, Mutu

I think the good defensive play from Milan will be able to stop Viola's attackers , but i will not underestimate them . Milan have the classier players here, besides this year the battle will be strong with Juve back and with Inter and Roma stronger. So every match and point is important. Milan play at San Siro and i think they will not lost points here. Fiorentina is attractive team, but in my opinion they may score but it will be not sufficient. So i expect fast attacks to both nets, and also strong play in defense. My pick here will be home win. Also i expect the goals to be scored in the second half, because then i think the attacks will become sharper, so also more goals in the second half could be also good option here. Draw on the half-time is attractive to me too.

Good luck to everyone, because it is the most important thing in betting!!!

    Torquay - Salisbury city

Torquay topping the table in the moment with 14 points. They made good start and expected because they are team which come from the upper league. They have full squad fit for this match, and i dont think they will have any big difficulties tonight. They hold Salisbury City at their stadium. City made good impression at home with 3 wins, but away they are not confident and have one point.
Torquay is in top form in the moment, and in front of their fantastic fans they have no place for wrong steps. I go for home win here!

    Droylsden - Stevenage

Here the 21-st face the 2-nd. Stevenage in superb form and they play some of teh best football in this league. Squad is good and every position is covered. In the last match they beat with 1-0 8-th Gravesend, but the score could be more, but sometimes strange things happen in the football. But i don't expect any kind of this thing tonight. Their defense play is strong and they conceded no goal in the last 4 matches. Droylsden struggle in conference and draw 2 and lost 4 games.
I dont think that will have power to stop in-form Stevenage, even at home. So my pick here is away win!
