The day we've all been waiting for is upon us. After all we thought would happen, I seriously doubt that more than 3 people in the world predicted this finals scenario. Do I really need to introduce the teams to all of you!? Certainly not... so what i will do is post 3 different perspectives to tonights game and then you decide for your selves...
Scenario 1 : The "Reasonable pick"
Two HUGE teams battling out for the silver cup. They hide no secrets from each other nor are unfamiliar with each others players. If there was ever a CHL final with open cards, then this would be it! These two teams are so familiar with each other they know each others gardeners! The only difference that they don't share is that Manchester has been here before, and Chelsea hasn't. But this is irrelevant.
When two teams know each other this well and play in a final, it usually ends in a boring and low scoring match. Keep in mind I said 'final' and not league or cup tie. Chelsea as we all know play ugly contained football when they play away and tend to defend more. Manchester on the other hand are far better than the blues when it comes to away games. Their style of play is open and therefore produces(ed) results. Needless to say, both teams are able to score. Big game, big teams, big money, ONE winner. Seldom does one team risk and push on an all out attack. So my "realistic" pick for tonight is money on a low scoring match and if we have a winner, we'll have him in the second half.

Scenari 2 : THE "STATS" PICK
The stats go back to 1994 : 18 games between these two teams. 5 wins for Manchester 7 draws and 6 wins for Chelsea. There hasn't been a season of domination or period for any club, a real mix in scores and winners. So what do the stats say? ImO DRAW!

Every CHL has something wierd, special, unusual or what ever you want to call it, about it. What's so special about this one u ask? Well, here's the thing : UEFA CUP was played in Manchester, and won by the Russian team. Now...Manchester plays in Russia
