    Cool Morecambe, Brighton, Doncaster, Chesterfield

I like the performances of Morecambe and they are a team to follow in English league two this season. Chesterfield should be clear winners on poor Bury. Brighton and Doncaster have very good chances. Milton Keynes should get tyhe edge of longtime winless Notts County

    1. Chester v Morecambe
In the league two, promoted Morecambe lost only one game in four and count five points. A win can bring them into the top five this Friday as the teams with 8 points standing infront of them do not play tonight.

For a promoted team, Morecambe are doing very well. They did well again last Saturday when they led Notts County since early in first half to concede a draw by a late equaliser from the hosts.

In mid-week they managed an away 1-0 win on league one team Tranmere in the Johnstone Paints Trophy and prior to these games, among their recent ones ( among last six) while playing away, they won on two Championship league teams Preston (2-1) and Wolves (3-1). With such performances they can be said in very good form and they are to be counted on in the league two this season.
Morecambe are thus unbeaten in last four with three wins and one draw and also they lost only two games from last ten.

They should have good chances at up-to-now unbeaten Chester (2W-2D-0L). Chester won two games on teams among the lowest five of the table and drew with higher placed teams. They have not been very brilliant despite holding the third seat.

Chester is hoping to sign Tony Dining in time for the game while they’ll miss John Dandy. Morecambe have two injury doubts while their keeper retuns in the squad and three players are hoping to start.

I would go for Morecambe to win or draw here. I believe they are able to manage a good performance as they did in three away games from last six won against good teams from higher division. They’ve lost only one of last six away games.
Morecambe on handicap to cover both away and draw. The handicap (0:0) offer odds of 3.0

    2. Brighton v Millwall - Home

Brighton have promotion ambitions this season again but up to now they won only two games and lost two in the four they played. They won on two currently low placed teams Northampton and Southend. But they won a recent game on 4 August by 4-0 away at now 3rd placed Chester in league two.
After the win on Southend on 1st September, they should be able to align a second win in a row when hosting rather poor Millwall tonight.
The latter are on three losses in a row to Swansea (away), Southend (away) and Hurddersfield. They lost last three away as they were defeated away also by Northampton on 14 August.
Millwall travel badly and I choose the home win here @ 2.40

    3. Northampton v Doncaster - Away/Draw
Doncaster won their last two of which a 5-1 victory on Bradford City on 4th September. They should continue on that run as their manager who reckons the team started slowly was noting real progress in the team and expected the coming successes.
Meanwhile Northampton have been winless in last five losing four games and drawing one at Leyton Orient two games ago. They’ve played last three away and will look to do better at home. But I believe they’ll be a little short against Doncaster tonight.
Doncaster are in good form and their strikers are successful currently.
    Away win @ 2.65 @ betsson – 7 points

    4. Milton v Notts County - Home
Notts have not won a game in at least last 11. But they drew their four league games. Dons lost two games: one to Bury at the start and away at Rochdale in last game. But in last two homes they won on leaders Shrewsbury 3-0 and drew 2-2 with Championship team Sheffield United. They should be able to get the win on rather poor and long time winless Notts County this Saturday. Aaron Wilbraham has recovered from an illness and can be in the line up for the home side while two strikers are out and one player is a doubt. Notts will see their striker back after suspension, but even in his presence Notts were winless. Midfielder Weston is still out as well as Mike Edwards until next year. I see the home win here. Home.

    5. Chesterfield v Bury - Home

Chesterfield are 4th with good records of two wins and two draws. Bury are poor and winless in four games, three of which played at home. They cannot be expected to do better away at Chesterfield. Home win.

    Good Luck

I am very happy Morecambe won by a late goal. I would have won less on handicap and been refunded on the (0:0) handicap. But with the late winner it's very nice. Only Doncaster let me down. But I was not too much on the team. Hurrah!
