Did I win PROLINE? Confused by the rules with PROLINE.

First I apologize if this isn't the correct forums.

Now, I bet 4 teams to simply win: Portugal, Spain, Germany, and Italy.

All teams won in regulation, except for italy, so do I still get the win?

On their site it states "Final results do not include extra play". Does this mean penalty results are obsolete and I lost with a tie in regulation?
