Russia - Portugal

Russia without a doubt the team to win here. IMO, Russia could lift the trophy this year. The odds on Russia sucks, so of course we won't be putting our money on the clean win so... Handicap bets it is : AH Russia (-18) Russia to win by more than 18 points which I really think should happen today. Also, another good handicap on this match would be to play Over 143. Both teams averaged just that amount of points when combined (Rus 74.7 / Port 67) per match.

AH Russia (-18) @ 1.90
Over 143.5 @ 1.85

Prediction : 88 : 64

Croatia - Izrael

Croatia had a surprise defeat in the first round but woke up and took things into their hands. A very strong win over the hosts Spain showed they are also going to be a very strong contender for the crown. Israel comes to stage 2 due to the very bad performance of the Serbian team that handed them the win. Can Croatia beat them by more than 9 points!? Well they should. They averaged 84 points per game compared to Israels' 69. But one thing that does worry me is the rebounds per game. Croatia only 26 rpg, the lowest of all the teams that made it to the second phase. Israel 30. So, if Croatia continue playing as well as they did in the last 2 games, we'll see a comfortable win here by a big margine.

Spain - Greece

The Hosts Spain against the Cup holders Greece! This is a game where group stage doesnt matter at all! No statistics no nothing can help predict who will win! The toughest match in my opinion but, what I am hoping for is a low scoring match and a handicap bet on Greece.

Under 143.5 @ 1.85

Prediction : 68 : 63

I've seen the game. They were +19 2 minutes before the end and then they missed 2 free throws and ended the game with the youth team on the floor. They were just unlucky not to win with +20, so you had a nice pick
