|  Romania, 02 august Otelul Galati - CS Otopeni 1.40 is a decent price for Otelul to win IMO, i was expecting a lower price. Otelul are known as a typicall home team, very strong team at home, even for the big teams like Rapid, Dinamo, CFR, Steaua. Otopeni just promoted in Liga I, and started the new season with a loss, 4-0 against CFR Cluj, so their moral can't be very good. Otelul will take all the 3 points here. Pick : Otelul Galati to win @ 1.40
