I was after 1-2 but got 0-1, i will settle for that. Czech, Liberec v Jablonec, Home win. Greece, Kalamaries v Asteras, Home win. Newcastle v Man City. Struggling Newcastle without Owen and hot shot Martins in for part of the game, who will score for the Toons?. City, only Winger Petrov is out, Jo, Robinho, Philips will lead the way, Robinho to make his mark on the score sheet, Away win. Lots of work for tomorrow night, any Qs? am here all night.

2 wins, 2 draws yesterday, a slight improvement of late but a bigger improvement is on the cards today. Championship. Birmingham, Defenders Murphy, Jaidi, Kelly, Mid Johnson are out. v Crystal Palace, Defenders McCarthy, Butterfield, Strikers Lee, Scowcroft, Andrew out. Brum can handle the losses but Palace will feel the pinch, Home win. Reading will not come under so much pressure to score in their own net from Doncastor who have not settled, Home win. Plymouth with no changes expected from their current team with concurrent home wins, Preston, Defenders Davidson, Hart, Chilvers, Trotman, Goalie Henderson, Mid Chaplow, Striker Brown all out, with Def Mawone and Mid Jones being forced to play unfit, Home win. Swansea will feel very comfortable at home with QPR visiting, Scotland and/or Bodde to score, Home win. Div 1. Scunthorpe, Striker Hooper to settle things against Southend, Home win. Leeds v Leyton, Only a team in top form will beat Leeds, Leyton are not, Home win. Peterboro, open attacking football with Smith notching up a couple will see of a poor Brighton, Home win. Colchester face the same Millwall that thrashed Leeds last week, Away win. Hereford v Carlisle Its a wonder but the Gap gives a draw, but Hereford still have no striker and Carlisle have Graham, Away win. Div 2. Accrington v Shrewsbury, Gap1, Away win. These games are Gap 2, Apart from the last two. Champions League. The Fenerbahce coach is about to be sacked, Arsenal will help him out the door. A home win for Porto.

Their were no losses in yesterdays Gap 2 games, both Gap 1 lost, but I was leaning a little toward Carlisle. Thanks Dule, you were right on Saturday re the Championship being to early for the Gap, especially as some inform teams seem to lose momentum after a international break, You may, like me be using the Gap to its full extent for the coming weekend. I will sympathize with you in that Gap 2 is hard work, I can only suggest you use Gap 1 to define the most likely winners, ie a large Gap, their will only be a couple from each league, then run just those through Gap 2, Once you get the knack it will come easier. Chesterfield v Aldershot. Poor form over the last month or so, without a win, Chesterfield have always had keys missing or with knocks, today 1st choice goalie Lee is out, On loan Sunderland Goalie stands in, The good news for the supporters is Jacks back, tho a loss last week he did score, news as good is that is, 3 key defenders are back to full fitness, Goodall, Downes, Robertson, it will not be strange to see any of these three on the score sheet. Two, goal hounds for this team, Jack Lester and Ward, one or both to score. Aldershot, without Skipper Defender Day and defenders Winfield, Newman. Just 1 away win against Accrington the rest all losses, tho unbeaten at home, Scoring almost every game but conceding on average 2 goals per Away match, without those defenders it will remain the same or worse, Top scorer, or a scorer for today, if any, Midfielder Davies. Home win, Goal scorers as mentioned and more likely than not, Over 2.5. Result, Home win, Over 2.5, Jack and Ward scored. Last edited by ENGLISH; 10-23-2008 at 03:36 PM..

The bigest reason why i don't use gap 2 is defenders.Example:St.Patrick,about month ago,was clear favorite at home, gap was huge-about 90.I checked home info, three or four(don't remember) key defenders were out. They didn't score or assist too much, before. So,gap is decreased a little, but hosts had to play without whole defence. The result was 1:1,or 1:2,i'm not sure. So,point, for me is much easier to skip some game and search further. Gap1,two cases:A)unknown teams First,I calculate gap1,then look the table, previous results and mutual games.I don't always choose the bigest gap. B)well known teams I agree 100 percent with your advice-gap1 is more additional tool.I look at the list of the games, first.Than calculate gap1 for all games.Fancy some.Check the tables, statistics and teams info.I'll choose a game if all facts concur.Example:Plymoth was nice,Coventry wasn't.I thougt to put a big bet on Birmingham.Gap1 was only 4.I thought, again and leave it.They won,but only 1:0,scored in the last minute. And i have to be honest and say Derby County was also good pick, for me. ![]() My praise was because i'm increasing my betting skills by reading your posts and for effort that i recognized. Cheers!

A fine result with Chesterfield as 4 bets came in, I fear many missed this as they focussed on the Champions games, No worries its a clear indication that i and my picks are maintaining and improving form. I will post one game tomorrow, dont miss it. I will post the Gap in full in due course. Aston Villa v Ajax. Villa Defender Bouma is the only out, like most premier clubs, Villa would rather stay focused on the league rather than this hick competition, but seeing 52000 supporters at home last round has lifted an eye brow or two at Villa park, you can rest assured the full might of Aston Villa await Ajax. Ajax have missing players, some are keys but have not featured of late, so sod em, this team have hit a purple patch on the domestic front, but dutch football is no wear near the English standard, they may take a goal home, if so Huntelaar should provide, Carew and Abonlahor for Villa, with a home win and over 2.5. Udinese v Spurs. I see no problems for the home side, who are just off the top of the Italian league, I expect them to walk all over Spurs. Spurs with Huddlestone, Corluka and Pavlechenko missing are realy missing Keane and Berbatov, they will also be missing a manager and back room staff very shortly. Home win only.

Thanks Imin, a bit of a shock seeing Carew rested and in the stands, Abonglahor was certainly lost without him, if i knew he was out, i would not have given Abonglahor to score as he generally picks up Carews crumbs. An early one in Singapore, shows promise and worth a bet. I will return later with a Tranmere Gap 2 comentary. Super reds v Albirex. As the title race heats up and with only a handful of games remaining – five to be exact for both the Super Reds and Albirex Niigata – head coach Jeon Kyeong Joon is hoping that the three-week break will not break his team’s momentum. His side will face Hiroaki Hiraoka’s White Swans today in a bid to propel themselves back to pole position by winning their game in hand at the Jalan Besar Stadium. Jeon’s side is currently occupying third position, level on points with Home United and a point behind current leaders SAFFC. He said, “It is definitely an important game which will lead us one step closer to win the league. We will not give up but give our best.” The Super Reds managed to defeat the White Swans 2-1 when they both first met in March but the Japanese side got their sweet revenge when winger Ryota Doi scored a late winner to condemn to Koreans to a nail-biting 3-2 defeat. In both matches, the Super Reds and the White Swans displayed a great display of attacking, no-holds barred soccer as both sides were bent on outscoring each other. The three-week break has been kind to the Super Reds. It has given Jeon’s players enough time to recuperate from their niggly injuries. Hence with no injuries and suspensions to both the Super Reds and White Swans’ key players, you can expect the match to be an explosive affair but with the away side with little to play for, a Home win looks certain as does over 2.5.
