well.... 12Bet, IBC and Mansion offers almost the same but much prefer to use 12Bet,,,,

bet-ibc.com? seriously??? don't trust agents without license, cause if you do - you have no warranty you'll get back the money or no..after the latest license changes a lot of bookies closed their services for French players and not all of them did it in the best way, but it's not that hard to find a licensed broker. A friend of mine, opened an account with Premiumtradings and they gave him accounts with pinnacle and ibcbet . I waited for some time to see how reliable are and I opened an account with SBO 2 months later. This was in February. No complaints! I just hope they'll keep it free of charge.
