I am not completely sure where to put this thread but it's basically a thread about one other betting site that has always been known for the suspicious origin of their previews having very few of their own tipsters but such a thing one person would never, ever expect to see on their site. Especially because they're also on affiliate program with a few respectable bookmakers.

The thing is, when I opened their home page tonight, I saw the exact preview as the one of the tipsters from my site had posted (he translated the preview from his native language and our Serbian site http://www.tipovi.rs (http://www.tipovi.rs/)).

For comparison, you can check these two links:

Estudiantes - Nacional tipp | Football tips | Sport tips | Basketball tips | Tennis tips (http://www.365tip.com/match-Estudiantes-Nacional-2017.html)

Sports Picks (http://www.bettingtipsters.net/sports_picks/10127/Estudiantes_-_Nacional)

there are more of course, but from the most recent ones, you can check this one too:

Brazil - South Africa tipp | Football tips | Sport tips | Basketball tips | Tennis tips (http://www.365tip.com/match-Brazil-South%20Africa-2015.html)

Sports Picks (http://www.bettingtipsters.net/sports_picks/10125/Brazil_-_South_Africa)

I know Paul Ross and other people on this forum owning betting sites surely don't want to deal with scammers and people trying to use other people's hard work and credit it as their own. There have been such cases in the past too, but to copy-paste the entire preview and call it yours is just way out of line here.

I've posted this on several other betting forums, just so everybody can see what kind of people we're surrounded by and who is reliable and trustworthy and who's not.

Once again, I apologize if I opened the thread at the wrong subforum and if anything was against the rules, but I hope you guys give me some feedback with this and what can I (we) do against the abovementioned "betting service".

Thanks.

This continues today again! Anyone else has any suggestions?

Is it possible to sue them?

Today they stole another preview and copied it as their own, don't believe this is still happening....

the original - Sweden U21 - England U21 tipp | Football tips | Sport tips | Basketball tips | Tennis tips (http://www.365tip.com/match-Sweden%20U21-England%20U21-2021.html)

Sports Picks (http://www.bettingtipsters.net/sports_picks/10135/Sweden_v_England)

....

Radek, I'd also like to hear your opinion too.

At the end of the day, we all want information, How it comes is irrelivent, its how we interpret it. thats important. I take previews from Singapore, but only post what in my view is relevent. If someone decides to post the whole preview, so what, its up to me whether or not i read it, But at least its here, and i dont have to look to far.

Mate, they're stealing and copy-pasting our entire work and previews to their site. Even from betshoot.com

here S.Williams - Groth tipp | Football tips | Sport tips | Basketball tips | Tennis tips (http://www.365tip.com/match-S.Williams-Groth-2005.html) and here http://www.betshoot.com/betting-prev...-Jarmila-Groth (http://www.betshoot.com/betting-preview-36157-Serena-Williams-Jarmila-Groth)

and then I saw it here:

http://www.bettingtipsters.net/sport...lliams_v_Groth (http://www.bettingtipsters.net/sports_picks/10102/Serena_Williams_v_Groth)

You may, have a copywright issue, Depends on how much you can lose in court. Internet information is generally free to users. I do sympathise tho.

As one of the owners of bettingtipsters.net I explained all thing here (http://www.punterslounge.com/forum/f23/betting-tipsters-should-shut-down-86612/). BTW, bettingtipsters has been partenr with soccervista for more then a few years! Cheers!

I'm sure that after reading this Radek will reconsider the partnership, but as I said on another forum the issue has been resolved for now and I'll pretend nothing happened unless it repeats again, which one of the people from bettingtipsters promised it won't in the email response I've received earlier this evening.

As I don't intend to open another thread, let's just "enrich" this one by saying there are more thieves out there. The partner site of bethelp.com, asianhandicap.com also isn't checking on their tipsters, who are directly copying previews from our tipsters who post the links to our site in the bethelp previews section, which is maybe even worse than what was going on bettingtipsters until yesterday. And I just discovered this today, people just think they can steal from us anywhere they are, and get unpunished. And I don't even know how long has this been going for but I've emailed asianhandicap asking them to remove the tipsters with the same names as two of our own ones, whose previews they've been copying.

You can compare here, these are the two most recent ones still up on their site:

FC Krasnodar - Metallurg Lipetsk tipp | Football tips | Sport tips | Basketball tips | Tennis tips (http://www.365tip.com/match-FC%20Krasnodar-Metallurg%20Lipetsk-2025.html)
ASIANHANDICAP.COM - Your Guide To Asian Handicap Betting, Online since 2002 (http://www.asianhandicap.com/index.asp?Page=Pick&Id=940854&Match=FC_Krasnodar_v_Metallurg_Preview)

They even stole our main preview for today:

Atletico PR - Corinthians tipp | Football tips | Sport tips | Basketball tips | Tennis tips (http://www.365tip.com/match-Atletico%20PR-Corinthians-2028.html)

ASIANHANDICAP.COM - Your Guide To Asian Handicap Betting, Online since 2002 (http://www.asianhandicap.com/index.asp?Page=Pick&Id=940851&Match=Atletico-PR_v_Corinthians_Preview)

Plenty of more in their archive.

I am already starting to get mad, and probably the next site I find stealing our previews will be permanently gone from Google, to start off.
