Yesterday was very fruitful for me, even though my main combo didn't pass. A lot of other "singles" did. Most of which i posted yesterday. Today is going to be a tougher job to predict due to the heavy matches but, we'll see what we can put our money on... :)
Benfica v Shakhtar Donetsk
Weird matchup to predict here. Let me put it this way, we have two teams that play in the "not so strong leagues" but are the "better teams" of both these leagues. Benfica is chasing old glory and Shakhtar a new dream. Not to be cruel or anything but we all know that reaching this stage of the CHL is a "norm" for these kind of teams, however, with Celtic not playing the best football this season, these two teams will kick it up a gear and try to go the full way through! Benfica coming into this match as favorites and we can understand why. Home soil, history, reached 2nd stages of the CHL before and lost 2:1 to Milan first round, making every next game very valuable for them to get back on points. Shakhtar top in group due to goal difference. But a big win for them over Celtic at home has surely raised the spirit of this team to try and do even better. Hard to decide but, dedication and motivation i think will more towards Benfica's side as I think they have more to fight for right now. So, let's try a home win here.. I'm relying on the thought "Benfica knows how!" :)

Besiktas v FC Porto
My first reaction to this game if someone asked me to predict (and in some way they are) :) would be .. uuuuuuu....hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
Besiktas are at home, going to be very noisy and very motivated. Porto isn't going to panic and shouldn't. They've seen it all. Again its a game between youngsters and elders. Who will prevail we will find out later in the day. But, here's how i see it happening tonight....
Besiktas to start strong and loud with a few very good chances. Porto on the back leg defending hard and waiting for their chance. If Besiktas dont do anything in the first 20 minutes, we could be looking at a scoreless first half and then a more experienced Porto could just lay the dagger in to the Turkish fans hearts in the second half. A minimum win for POrto or a surprise win for Besiktas, even though it might not be a big surprise actually. But never the less, i see a good UNDER choice here...
Prediction : 0-1 @ 2.60
Alt pick : Under @ 1.65
Lazio v Real Madrid

Celtic v AC Milan
I put these two matches together as they have the same background and prediction IMO
Real Madrid are in for a rough ride here. If i were you I'd put my money on more than 4.5 cards again, like i did with Inter yesterday.
Milan are supposed to play their usual Under in the away CHL match.
Let me just put it to you this way... When two teams like Real and Milan get an odd like 2.00 and 2.10...u just have to put your money on that! Same like last nights games with Arsenal and Barcelona @ 1.60! A huge banker for me. Yes of course, a loss is possible even in BOTH matches! But I not going to let a chance like this pass me by!

Valenci - Chelsea
Looks like these games go from crazy to more crazy! Scenario : Valencia looking good, with both attackers up front scoring well. Chelsea on the verge of falling apart. Injuries in the defensive lineup, mainly John terry will be another setback. New coach who IMO doesn't know what the hell he has to do tonight and this is Chelsea's biggest setback at the moment. This wont be easy for our nerves tonight, but a nice odd on Valencia's home win! Home crowd will be 12th player here tonight.

Werder Bremen v Olympiakos
Finally a matchup where we have a "somewhat easier" prediction. Yet again, I could be wrong BUT! Here's a German side that almost took a point in Madrid and after that game scored 13 times in 3 games! You have to say, looking good. Olympiacos could be a better team if their league was stronger. Unfortunately it isn't so and therefor Im giving Werder the big advantage here. Small odd..but for the first time its a sight for sore eyes in tonights crazy matchups!

Liverpool v Marseille
OK, tell me now that you guys aren't going to put your money on liverpool!??! We have to... I hate the odds, so im going to go for a HT/FT all out Liverpool score. The spanish kid is back and he'll want to show the home fans why they payed millions of euros for his blond ass to play in LIverpool!
Prediction : 2-0 @ 1.35
