Blue Square Premier: YORK v HALIFAX Home (AH -0.25)
York managed a nice 2-0 win away at Grays in last game. This win should boost up the team as it came after five winless games (one draw and four defeats). Meanwhile Halifax could only draw at home 1-1 against draw specialist Rushden. Halifax lost only one game from seven and that was by 3-1 away at leaders Torquay. They drew two and won four. But it should be noted that three of the four wins were on the last three and poorest teams of the league, Northwich (last), Droylsden and Stafford. The fourth win was on Woking who sit in 17th place with rather poor 2-6-4 records. I see York winning tonight and choose the home win. I take would the Home with the -0.25 at slightly lower odds but with a draw cover for half stakes.

2.Nantes v Monaco - Draw

Nantes pained to win by 3-2 away at last placed Livorno in the league2 on Monday. They led 2-0 since first half, but conceded to late goal at 88th and 90th minute before scoring the winner in injury time and extend their winning trend to five consecutive games.
They will look forward further extend that run when hosting Monaco in the league Cup tonight.Monaco are from Le Championat and on three defeats in a row. But these defeats were short ones against high opposition. They were beaten 2-1 away at in-form Bordeaux on 1st September and on Saturday 1-0 by in-form Valenciennes who are also very good at home. In between, Monaco lost at home to PSG by 2-1.
I believe this will be a hard-fought game and Monaco can manage a draw here. I take the draw here.

Low stakes.
