First of all sorry for my absence last week, but as you can understand, there's life out there and I got a hard week... Problems solved now, so lets see what we have this round...
Leixoes vs Nacional
Probably the hardest game to predict. Leixoes plays at home where they always get big support and they will have Vieirinha and Jorge Gonçalves back, so the starting lineup should have more strenght than last season. Leixoes didnt won in the league yet, and they think it will be this time. But Nacional isnt a bad team. They have a bad manager, but the players have value and they can get something from this game. The key will be the right defender of Nacional. The player that use to play there wont play and will be replaced by a former winger. If he can defend well, Nacional can get a draw, if not, Vieirinha will make fun of him and Leixoes will win...
As I think he will screw up, I will take Leixoes at 2,16 at Betfair and you can also get value on Leixoes -1 at 4,40 at bet-at-home.
Braga vs Benfica
Theres problems with injuries for both sides. Braga without the keeper, the main striker, the playmaker and the defence boss. Benfica without the defensive midfielder and one of the central defenders.
Still, good news for Benfica that have Luisao and Zoro back for this game, as in the last 3 games they had to play with a youngster as central defender. Team is playing great in the attack, with Cristian Rodriguez, Di Maria and Rui Costa in excellent shape, and the strikers Nuno Gomes and Cardozo discovered the net in the last games.
As Braga had a game last thursday in Sweden, they only got 1 and a half game to rest, so Benfica can take advantage of that. Benfica to win at 2,18 at Betfair.
Maritimo vs Belenenses
This one is tough to analyse. Well, Maritimo at fight sight should win. They are playing better and they are playing home. The thing is that Belenenses proved against Bayern for example they are a good team and can battle against anyone... Their manager is excellent reading the games and getting the best from their players, so Belenenses can think in making a good game.
The key of the game will be the fact that Belenenses played in thursday on Germany, got in Lisbon on Friday and got at Madeira on Saturday. That's many trips in few days and in the second half they can get problems. Try Maritimo at 1,93 or X/1 at 4,50.
Paços Ferreira vs Porto
Paços played thursday against AZ and lost. It wasnt fair as Paços played better, sent 3 balls to the post and got some chances. Now they are tired as they are a small team with no depth in their squad, they are without the main striker, without any left defender... And guess who will love that? Quaresma. He is in great shape, and if he can do his tricks against Liverpool, imagine against Paços. Take Porto as a banker.
Leiria vs Amadora
Leiria also played thursday on Germany, so they can also be tired. For them playing at home or away is the same thing, as they have few supporters. They are not playing well and they dont have quality to do more than average games.
Amadora is also an average team, but they got time to prepare for this game so the value is on their side. Amadora +0,5 at 1,81 at Betfair.
Sporting vs Setubal
Well, for most of the people Sporting is a banker. I also agree they should win, but at 1,25 there's only value on they beating me and my friends. Setubal is playing very well, surprising everyone, didnt lose yet this season, beated Braga 3-1, so value on Sporting = 0.
I'll take X2 at 3,70 as a bet full of value.
