Triple extra time and portland's strong finish gives me a win. Good call fenwick with extra time well exceeding the 188 mark.

Chicago Bulls vs Portland Trail Blazers
Bulls came back from thick mud!!! Thats all i can describe about Bulls. Their new manager J. Boylan really put in some serious effort to bring back the fallen Bulls. Anyway is a good 3W-1L for the new coach. Is it enough to bring back the whole team morale? I would think 50/50. Looking at Blazers, they been playing like a "ready to take the NBA championship" team. Even they were playing not so well in the 1st Q (today vs Timberwolves), yet still managed to hold their opponent nicely. Is hard to make a call on whether +/-2.5AH enough on either side but I personally feel OVER 188 AH will be a better bet. Bulls shooting accuracy improved tremendously compare to the last 5 games with their old coach. Blazers will play accordingly to the situation. They played high scoring when they meet Jazz and Denver. So if Bulls start sinking some points we would definately see some points on Blazers too.

Seattle Supersonics vs Phoenix Suns
A game which 85% bais to Suns side. No injuries reported on Suns side. A Stoudemire and S. Nash combo starts showing some real damage to opponent. They start to pick themselves up after losing some of the advantage game due to poor defend. Furthermore Sonics without their main man K. Durant and C. Wilcox, and added to that bookmakers making Suns -14 AH. The only advantage Sonics had in hand will be home court advantage (that also provided the fans really turn up). Is a gift for Suns and we might see some trashing.

Kinda sad for Phoenix Suns cannot clear the -14 AH but we move on:-
Toronto Raptors vs Detroit Pistons
Raptors form WLWLL while Pistons WWWWW. Home record for Raptors (8-6) while away record for Pistons (12-5). I reckon it would be a strong defensive game for both the team. Injuries prone Raptors will be at the disadvantage end without their strong player T. Ford and J. Garbajosa The only setback for Pistons will be R. Wallace have to play a little bit careful tomorrow to avoid another technical foul that will see him sitting out for next game. Toronto without much doubt is very strong at their fortress but full charge Pistons with NBA championship experince will bring them the 11th straight win.

San Antonio Spurs vs New York Knicks
NBA teams getting better each year and to be champ is very taxing task. We can see it today when Spurs lost to Nuggets today with a marginal 3 points. Spurs without the shooter (M. Ginobili) and guard (B. Barry). The heavy load been distribute to the rest of the players mainly T. Duncan, T. Parker and M Finlay. The golden question will be is Spurs got the bullets to shoot down trouble flying Knicks? I would say shouldnt be a problem. Spurs at home wins nearly 88% while Knicks on the road lost nearly 90% of their game respectively. Knicks' I. Thomas will try all the expertise he had to bring back the winning team its seem. On top of difficult hill to climb plus not enough coaching experience, have to deal with disciplinary problem with some players. Furthermore some internal problem and not satisfy players might jeopardise the whole team system. The 2006-2007 NBA champ will teach Knicks some lesson or two tomorrow.

After that game both teams go their own way and hammered all their opponents that is on their way to victory. Pistons won 11th game while Celtics 8th. No injuries reported from both side, however Celtics' defend lagging when they played Memphis today (Celtics won 100-96). Celtics' coach D. Rivers definately furious the way his boys played today. Pistons criuse through 16points lead over Raptors. Can Celtics take their revenge? I am with Celtics this time. No doubt homeground advantage do make alot of different to the game outcome, however I personally rate Celtics' mental game are a class above. Tomorrow game will be tight. A lot of fouls will be called. Which team that shoots a better Free-Throw % will definately comeout winner. So I will take the risk taking what the book maker quote.

Hy, I am new on this forum but I watch and bet every day on NBA with about 80% success and i will start to post some of mine opinions here. This pick fenwick is by my opinion very dangerous because Detroit right now has the best form while Boston, is still wining, but not playing so good as they were. Ray Allen is wright now I a little crisis which is shown in his last tree games but with him you never know. I personally would skip this match. My bet today is Chicago ! Thanks Jiggy. My Asian Bookmaker dont quote those odds and even if they did make those quotes mostly on soccer, thats why I have to choose the handicap format. Still is a good day for NBA. Welcome Jones. Nice to know that your betting on NBA system with succesful rate of 80%. Your contribution is more that welcome. We move on to tomorrow's game. Hy ! I can not believe last night game Chicago - Sacramento! Chicago at home never had worst %. From the field goals 30%?? At home. What is that? Sacramento had over 40%. And still Chicago manage to win ! hardly. Sacramento had 3.2 seconds remaining, and Brad Miller's jumper was blocked by B. Wallace. They almost win. Bad bad game for Chicago ! Sorry to say that but Chicago Bulls not the champ like last time when M. Jordan around. Still their new coach did make some drastic changes to the team by forcing B. Wallace and A. Nocioni with more active role. L. Deng absent also do some damage to them. So at the moment I will stay out their game until they show us some improvement.
Tomorrow I personally don't see any good betting game except:-
LA Lakers vs Indiana Pacers
No offend to Lakers' fan but this team are sucks when they only play when K. Bryant playing. During those period most of the game I will take the other side and against Lakers. Today I think is about time to switch my say about this team. New comer J. Crittenton, J. Farmar, A. Bynum (remember this guy, he will be the superstar for Lakers) and D. Fisher making major impact to Lakers. On top of that K. Bryant start to play as a team than individual which is a win win situation to Lakers. 2 thumb up for Lakers. Pacers on the other hand are fill with young (not yet fully tap) talent like D. Granger, I. Diogu and T. Diener. Another key point for tomorrow will be Lakers at home. We have to admit Lakers home the crowd are huge. If the team lack of mental strength you can definately expect a breakdown. Maybe that is why for the pass 5 meetings Pacers been shown the losing door. The only blow for Lakers is that their loyal contributor V. Radmanovic is uncertain to appear due to injury. Despair this, Lakers still loaded with tons of firepower and there will be falling comets on Pacers' basket.

Two interesting games tomorrow:-
Phoenix Suns vs Denver Nuggets
Clash of the NBA top offensive teams. Let's start on the defend side. Suns defend lately really sucks. If they lead, good chance they been equalise in the same quarter and most of the time they need to comeback with lotsa Freethrows and 3 Pointers. Denver seems improving on this sector and able to hold opponents scoring just below 41% compare to 43.5% last season. Offend side 2 thumbs up for Suns for A. Stoudemire and S. Nash holding the flags. A. Iverson on Nuggets side playing extremely well and overshadow his teammates. This guy suddenly becoming the engine for Nuggets. He is responsible of creating chances, assists, 3 pointers and even stealing. The last meeting Suns won by 3 points 116-113. Bookmakers quoting Suns -7.5 and Over/Under 227.5. Is kinda hard to predict this game but I will go for the better odds side.

Golden State Warriors vs San Antonio Spurs
Warriors started well this season but fumble lately to some defensive teams mainly Hornets and Dallas. Now is another challenge for them to face another defensive teams at home. S. Jackson, B. Davis and Al. Harrington pillar for Warriors seems losing touch lately and now need to reclaim their winning spot. However this may not be easy cause Spurs welcome back their shooters M. Ginobili and B. Bowen seems doing some real damage with 3pointers. The only setback for Spurs will be whether T. Duncan can recover to full fitness (left knee injury), cause the last time T. Duncan away Spurs lost 84-96. Bookmaker are generous enough to make Warriors -2.5 AH. I feel they taking into consideration that T. Duncan not to full fitness. Still this time I am putting my money to Spurs for a good revenge.

Glad to be back again. Below are some picks:-
Boston Celtics vs Charlotte Bobcats
Bobcats been struggling at the beginning and now starts to find back some momentum. Their last game with Nets see some improvement on the attacking side and been passing the ball well. R. Felton, G. Wallace and E. Okafor frequently putting their name on Bobcats score boards not forgetting J. Richardson 3 pointers getting sharper. The last meeting with Boston they lost with a miserable 1 point (95-96) and stunt everybody. On the other hand, if anybody watched the last game between Celtics and Pistons, he or she will definately seeing 1 of the many best games so far this season. Celtics play will full patients and their mental strength are too good to be true. At home Celtics like a 100 feet tall castle and holding most of the opponent below 85 points. The Celtics only holdback doubtful fitness for R. Allen (he was sub by G. Davis most of the time during that game). This game I don't think Bobcats can do another stunt to everybody cause Celtics will whack Bobcats to pussycats.

Dallas Mavericks vs Detroit Pistons
Dallas been winning lately and their gunslingers D. Nowitzki, J. Terry and J. Howard been playing steadily. These guys so important for the team that cause them some easy game defend. However, 2 other main players will be out tomorrow non other than J. Stackhouse and E. Dampier. If they played I feel they will only participate bench game bench game format. Dallas's coach A. Johnson definately will not wanna have any of their players stress to much on this game because after this game they will be on the road for 3 days before back to home. Dallas won the last meeting with Pistons 122-94 but thats on the beginning of the NBA season (warm up game). No injuries Pistons side will be on the road for another 3 games (after Dallas game) but their road been a successful game. Their firepower C. Billups, R. Wallace, A, McDyess and R. Hamilton been contributing to the team success. Not forgetting T. Prince and J. Maxiell too. Pistons also getting some points from the bench and tomorrow I don't think Dallas will have a easy chew on Pistons. What more can I say about this match.

Portland Trail Blazers vs Golden State Warriors
Who will actually know that Blazers is a strong contender for the NBA championship. For 8 solid years Blazers been struggling to get their name on the top of the scoreboard but now they are quite comfortable position. This team stunt lotsa good teams and their main man B. Roy doing a fine job. Problem is can they get another win at home tomorrow? The last meeting Blazers wallop Warriors 105-95. Lets look at Warriors form. No injuries report so far and they finally broke their lost with a superb win at home against last season champ Spurs with a breathtaking Over-Time 130-121. Their hunger for playoff and they wanna keep scoring opponent's basket make them dangerous team and high scoring too. Bookmaker qouting Blazers -1.5 for this game. I feel they have too much respect for Blazers. Warriors' revenge will bring them through this game and definately not a game to miss.

LA Lakers vs Milwaukee Bucks
K. Bryant and the gang playing superbly well for the pass 4 games and I believe their energy still on the rise. A. Bynum and D. Fisher continue to support well and everybody is playing as team. Is hard to beat a team when everybody helping each other to score. Bucks on the other hand start making some remarkable progress since the season thanks to their never ending fighting spirit team. M. Williams, M. Redds, A Bogut and Yan all playing a die hard spirit. Still I believe Lakers at home are a class above Bucks. Sorry for Bucks' fan.

San Antonio Spurs vs Minnesota Timberwolves
Spurs been losing lately ever since their players injured. However they certainly need to stop their bleeding (after dropping 2 games in a row) and pass some to their opponent. Tomorrow's game against Timberwolves might be a best time to do that. T. Parker, T. Duncan and M. Ganubili are back to the front line and B. Bowen show some great game lately. Sun dont shine that bright over Timberwolves as they are currently at the near bottom of the league with 5 W and 30 L. What could be more sad most of their lost been trashed with easily 10+ points. The team defend are bad and the shooting not that great either. So I believe Spurs' fan gonna be jolly when their team will have a shooting fiesta on Timberwolves basket.

LA Lakers vs Memphis Grizzlies
No doubt LA Lakers riding on high note recently. They been surfing smoothly with 5 wins lately and all the players talking about NBA championship (wouldn't it rather too early???). Last match 8/1/2008 Lakers rolled Memphis with 16 points. A. Bynum and K. Byrant was outstanding that nite. Memphis still trying to fight back and my personal view Memphis just lack of something to make them winner. P. Gasol, R. Gay, M. Miller and D. Milicic show consistency but some how their defend still need lotsa improvement. However if we study closely their losing gap been getting narrower recently. Memphis' coach M. Iavaroni done a good job starting to get the lowly Memphis back to life. Bookmakers quoting Lakers -13.5 AH. I believe is rather on the line. This time I'll risk my bet on Memphis to narrow the losing gap to within 10 points.

Both teams struggle lately and what can be worst than having good players still cannot win. Magics been doing fine on the attacking side for the pass 3games but no smart defend that cause them damage. D. Howard, K. Dooling and K. Turkoglu still the main engine for Magic to shine. Team effort really quite solid I would say just that the bench players need to buckup their effort if they wanna put their name in the playoffs. Bulls still in the "MUD"!!! Is really sad to see this team gone to a dead end. L. Deng, B. Gordon, K. Hinrich and B. Wallace are fine players but somehow they just cannot click and shine for Bulls. Joakim Noah of Bulls causing trouble in the team too. I still believe teamwork is very important in this game, so I would not be hesistate to go for home win.

James have to be fit if not bye bye playoffs chance for Cavaliers. Additional to this Cavaliers been well rested since Friday. What more important is since bookmaker quoting Cavaliers -1.5, I dont see why we shouldnt give Cavaliers a chance to show their stuffs.

Tomorrow's game abit tricky than today:-
Toronto Raptors vs Sacramento Kings
Its sure a disappointed game for Raptors today against Pistons but that cant be help because Pistons defends is too good for Raptors (after some changes in 2nd half of the game). However, Raptors capabilities cannot be look down with some great young talents like J. Calderon (this guy is good), C. Bosh (this guy is great), J. Moon and J. Kapono. Raptors indeed had the juice to bring the team far ahead. Their opponent Kings will be delighted to welcome back their shooter and point guard R. Artest and M. Bibby (his shooting touch is in doubt). During their absent, K. Martin and B. Miller been holding Kings flag at so far not a bad results at all with 3W and 2L last five games. At the current moment the only odds available for this game is Raptors -5.5 AH. I personally will skip this odds instead will wait for the OVER/UNDER odds. I would be comfortable with anything lower than 193.5.

2006/2007 finalist replay again!!! Spurs without doubt 1 of the most consistent teams in todays NBA. The powerhouse T. Duncan, M. Ginobili and T. Parker lead the team to winning road although today we can see some rusty display when they play against 76ers. That's why I don't see why we should't give them another chance to show their stuffs.

Nuggets been losing their touch after losing to Suns (although they won 113-103 against Magic after that). Shooting and passing sucks. They depend too much on A. Iverson and C. Anthony. Their bench players hardly make much impact on score contributions cause them lotsa troubles when against good teams. What can be worst they gonna meet a team who tailing them closely from behind in the NorthWest standings Jazz. D. Williams, C. Boozer and M. Okur are 100% healthy. Bench players too contribute lotsa points and that makes Jazz a dangerous opponent to face with. I agreed that Jazz lost to Nuggets the last showdown (106-115) but that is history. Bookmakers are kind enough to quote Nuggets -3.5 AH so I will gladly receive the handicap.

As you can see, the HCP already started to grow. I know that it needn't to look like value bet, but due to some facts it has value IMO. Portland is in very good form. One of the biggest surprises of this season. They have young team, but we all probably watched their long winning serie recently. They are healthy team with fighting spirit and team mentality. They are on road trip and lost 2 from last 3, but these two loses were quite hard games and their still played very good. They lost at Toronto but only after OT, then won at New Jersey by 26 points in B2B and lost 80-90 at strong Boston in their last game, but were leading at HT.
On the other hand Miami. I am sorry but I have to laugh, at least a bit Smile . This team is the biggest disappointment of the season. They are in long losing serie right now. In their last game, even return of Shaq and his solid performance was still way too little. Theye were well rested, played at home after long time, Shaq back in the squad...but they lost again. But it's not all. They lost by 30 points to weakened Chicago, in B2B moreover.
It isn't normal IMO, there is something wrong with Miami. And it is main reason for my bet. As long as HCP will be usable and as long as they will be losing, I recommend to bet aginst them.
The only H2H in this season won Portland at home 112-106. Good luck:)

Phoenix Suns vs New Jersey Nets
Suns been getting back to shape after recent slump. Shooting % starting to climb back to the prime level. Defend too see some huge improvement. A. Stoudemire, S. Nash, S. Marion and L. Barbosa been steadily steering back the gaint to winning form. The only setback for Suns will be G. Hill will be out for 2-3 weeks. Nets however in the dark cloud and their past 5 games dont see them coming out from the cloud yet (1W 4L). V. Carter, J. Kidd, R. Jefferson and S. Williams played well but somehow they dont look like been communicating enough. Is there anything wrong with the team internally??? Nets been playing more aggressive and we can see from the last 2 games shooting above 100. Maybe they need to score because the other opponents starts the ball rolling. Orlando Magic vs Detroit Pistons
Without much saying Magic been showing some sign they wanna play in the playoff. Their last game with Blazers was a perfect game to motivate themselves. A big clap to D. Howard, K. Dooling and R. Lewis. H. Turkoglu still trying to fight back from slump and seem he is doing fine last display. Southeast Standing Magic still stay on top but they have to think of something else to keep their close rival Wizards tailing behind with some games in hand. Pistons on the Central side sitting on top quite comfortable but if they don't put a stop to their 2 games lost soon Cavaliers will take over their place too. Pistons' coach Flip Saunders definately not happy the way Pistons gave away games and the worst part was been humilated by NBA worst team Knicks (65-89). This definately a BIG knock on Pistons players that the season still early. Tomorrow for sure Pistons gonna do something drastic to win to show they got what it takes to be a contender. Since all the players are healthy for Pistons and bookmakers quoting Pistons -2.5 AH, I personally thinks is a gift.

Miami Heat vs Cleveland Cavaliers
Well well, this game might be the most boring game for tomorrow's line up. But what the heck as long we make some money. Heat without further comment been rate as COLD. Losing 13th games in a row and nothing they can do about it. Communication is lacking in that team and worst part is D. Wade and U. Haslem been pressure with points. The bench players hardly contribute much. For the last 2 picks I've been taking Cavaliers and they did bring us some handsome profit. The team partically on FIRE. L. James, D. Gibson and Z. Ilgauskas are 100% healthy and hungry. On historical stats, Cavaliers hardly beat Heat for except 25/12/2007 Cavaliers won 96-82. I don't see any problem for Cavaliers to beat Heat again in Heat's home. The odds also seems coverable with Cavaliers -3.5 AH. I put some stake on Cavaliers for sure for the 3rd time.

Miwaukee Bucks vs Phoenix Suns
Bucks really off form this season. Team wise they had yet to jell. Lotsa turnovers per game is 1 of the key factors to their defeat. M. Williams, M. Redd, A. Bogut and Y. Jianlian played well just that their well is not good enough to bring them victory. So far they only manage and average score of 94.9 vs opponents' 100.9 per game. What make it worst tomorrow they gonna mean a shooting fiesta team. Suns like I wrote 2 days ago, been on the improving run. Shooting above 51.5%!!! On top of that they manage to limit opponent to below 100. S. Nash is the man of the match and bring in all the magic for Suns to move. On attacking side A. Stoudemire, S. Marion, L. Barbosa, R. Bell just to name a few keep they name on the score board. Thats the dangerous part when all the players can score. Bookmaker giving out Suns -8AH and exactly what Suns did the last round with Bucks (Suns won 122-114). On the Over/Under quotes 214.5AH would be hard to call since Suns' defend improve tremendously. I will be wearing Suns jersey again for this game although it might be a close game.

Jazz looks strong recently when they teached Clippers some back to back lesson home and away. D. William, C. Boozer, M. Okur and A. Kirilenko continue to play well and getting better too. Confident level at the peak for Jazz and there is not doubt Jazz is back in playoff contention. Additional to this all the players are healthy. Kings however still struggle with inconsistent performance although their main man is back in action non other than Bibby, Kevin Martin and Ron Artest. Bookmaker quoting Jazz -8 AH. I will personally skip that although its sound fair for in form Jazz. I am more interested in OVER 213.5 AH for the matter of facts that both team offend are good with some flaw on defend. San Antonio Spurs vs New Orleans Hornets
Last season champ still going strong here but that provided T. Duncan can still hold the key to victory. They were nearly beating by lowly Heat and most of the 4 quarters Heat lead the way. Would it be age factors that pull down Spurs performance??? Hard to tell, with average age above 31+ for Spurs it will be taxing for them. Still Spurs is respectable team at home with only single digit defeat. Hornets been giving a title new kids on the block. These guys can really sting their opponent. Good all rounder team and with undying attitude shown when they battle fire Blazers with a 96-81 comeback win is really stunning. C. Paul, T. Chandler, P. Stojakovic, D. West just to name a few really give a superb run for the team. What is more interesting will be bookmakers qouting Spurs -6 AH. That is a real whopper. Last game Spurs did whack Hornets 97-85 and Hornets hardly win Spurs at home. Yet this time I will go against the trend and put some money on Hornets. I reckon this game will be a close game and definately not a game to miss.

2 big team playing each others tomorrow. What more interesting is both team lost some valuable players due to injury. Lakers with A. Bynum, V. Radmanovic and T. Ariza while Cleveland without S. Pavlovic, D. Marshall and C. Simmons. But from the injuries list it shown that Lakers got more damages that Cavaliers. For the pass few games Lakers been struggling with the defend although K. Spurs however have to bite some bullet with their recent slump but this team I am quite confident they can make it to the playoff. Coach G. After half way through NBA calender is time to look into middle table team.
Washington Wizards vs Toronto Raptors
It will be very tense game for both. On Eastern Conference standing Raptors just pip Wizards by 0.5 game. Overall the Eastern side still wide open chance for teams to qualify for the Playoff except Celtics (miles ahead of others). Wizards without their gunslinger G. Arenas and E. Thomas really doing well. Young guns like C. Butler, B Haywoods, A. Jamison and A. Daniels been taking over the team leading main players quite well. No only that they had grown to a new level of prefection. However if we study closely Wizards played very well at home but on the road abit rusty (maybe rough journey to others home). On Raptors side the story fills with the same fate too when they lost their own gunslinger non other than T. Ford and J. Garbajosa. Yet their shoes been filed with new up and coming (infact better) players like J. Calderon (watch out for this guy), C. Bosh, J. Moon and J. Kapono. Raptors show a superb display when they go against Celtics (Raptors won 114-112 - Celtic Perkins and Garnett half way slight injuries). Both team meet each other and Wizards took the upper hand and won the game with 101-97. This time I would personally think is a 60-40 game favor Wizards. However I will put money on Raptors by receiving +1 AH for the fact that it will be funny for Bookmakers to give that kind of quotes. My guess will be bookmakers might got some information that most of us punters don't know.

Boston Celtics vs Dallas Mavericks
Celtics as we all know the most powerful and successful team this season taking on the hungry NBA contender for the pass 2 season Mavericks. This will be a game that most of the basketball lovers will like. Without much saying Celtics will be playing without 2 main players none other than K. Garnett and R. Allen due to some injuries and illness. Their "B" team did show a perfect match when they won against Heat (shame on Heat) with a big 30 points margin. Bravo for Celtics. Their home performance and bench players really make the opponent pay LARGE with lotsa damages. I reckon R. Rondo, P. Pierce, J. Posey, K. Perkins and E. House might filled the front 5 if Garnett and Allen still have to sit out for tomorrow's game. Mavericks coach should be very proud when their players start to play some real champ's basketball. D. Nowitzki, J. Terry and J. Howard been working very hard to keep the team on top form lately when they lost 2 players J. Stackhouse and D. Harris. It will be a fight for playoff position for Mavericks while Celtics can afford to be mellow. Bookmakers do see this point when they quote Celtics -1.5 AH. I will not be hesitate to take some hi risk on Mavericks. No risk no gain will be my tomorrow's motto.

Kings been playing great recently thanks to the BIG THREE K. Martin, M. Bibby and R. Artest after heal from injuries. These 3 guys really bring the team to a respective level and especially at home. They played very offensive game and most of the time push opponents off tempo and seal it with a win. Kings' coach Reggie Theus really pushing all the players to buck up. B. Miller, J. Salmons and B. Udrih who sit in when the BIG THREE were injured really show themselves that they can take on the 1st team placing. Hornets' coach Bryon Scott will be on the big board if he steer his team for a win tomorrow to be on the running for best franchise record away win again (after 8 wins before losing to Portland on 17/12/2007). P. Stojakovic, C. Paul, T. Chandler (will be GREAT player) and D. West all record a superb display and I personally believe a bounce back from the last game lost should be on the way. Bookmakers quoting Hornets -2.5 AH. There is no other better reason for me to take Hornets and watch this tense game (plus some bets winning with double the joy).

Celtics should have problems without Garnett today, as Cavs have strong and in form duo under basket. Cavs are in strong form generally, no need to mention LeBron. Bobcats been playing lousy games for the pass 5 games. That's something they cannot blame at cause most of the teams they played with are strong contender for the NBA playoff. However their shooting have not going south like their defends by letting opponent shooting above 100 points. G. Wallace, E. Okafor, J. Richardson and R. Felton didnt show any great improvement that can lift the team morale. Shooter J. McInnis is out with injuries and Bobcats' coach Sam Vincent definately will subsitute other shooter against the on FIRE Lakers. P. Gasol recently transferred to Lakers is a gem to Lakers. If A. Bryum around I cannot imagine how far the team can go. Shooting, defending, rebounding all in a sudden come together and top with more good news, K. Bryant been playing like a true captain. Houston Rockets vs LA Lakers
I would reckon this as the match of the day. A must watch and definately a sin to miss. Rockets recently playing good basketball with Yao Ming holding the pillar very well. Shooting from free throw line like eating peanuts for this 7foot + guy. With good chances R. Artest not playing, rockets will be putting lots of weight on the big guy, T. McGrady, and L. Scola. The return of S. Battier also big help for recent 3 games up for the Rockets. Lakers on the other hand playing like NBA Champion. Steam roll every other team (althought lost to Hornets on 06/01/2009 - that game Hornets play their great 2007/2008 game). Bench players been doing lot of contribution lately for Lakers and the great K. Bryant starts to share the burden with P. Gasol, T. Ariza and A. Bynum. That is definately and super team work showing in this team this year compare to last season. Due to no odds available on my book maker this is my pick.
Pick Rockets if Lakers giving more than 4 points. Otherwise just take the possible new NBA champion for this season (Lakers).

After a good start we move on.
Since tomorrow loaded with tons of good games I will just go for my highest %and favorite game only and its none other than the game below:-
Philadelphia 76ers vs Portland Trail Blazers
Dont get me wrong. I am fans to none of the team above. However the way they play and bookmaker quotes really attracts me to this game. 76ers currently 3rd in Atlantic and been playing extremely well winning 4 games in a roll. In that 4 games big names like Rockets and rising star Hawks been shoot down to earth. A.Iguodala, A. Miller and T. Young been showing their colors and they really on form. Too bad for 76ers E. Brand still out after dislocated his shoulder. Nevertheless this team really deserve some good points with playing full of energy and determination to win. On the other hand the red hot Blazers been throw in flame thrower recently winning a hattrick. B. Roy, L. Aldridge, G. Oden and S. Blake been playing and keeping the Blazers hot. With B. Roy fit in the team, Blazers definately gets additional boost on the offend but defensive side they give away lotsa free throws. 76ers been winning more convincingly compare to Blazers (beside vs Bulls - on the 2nd half). Other than that they really struggle with consistency. 76ers 1st five who consist of A. Miller, W. Green, A. Iguodala, T. Young, S. Dalembert been playing consistence ball game and passing the ball very well. Switching to Blazers only B. Roy and L. Aldridge are consistance for the pass few games. S. Blake forms are up and down while G Oden improving but still long way to go. Furthermore 76ers home crowd are really power booster. With the fans alone i think 76ers are half way home.

Slow day tomorrow with only 3 games. Seriously none of the games are interesting but I will pick this game for my thread.
Denver Nuggets vs Phoenix Suns
What is definately sure about this game is the home team are half strength and the visitor team are full strength. Both teams see some improvement on the defend side. Nuggets took in J. Petro to build up their poor defend. K. Martin and C. Billups definately have to carry the torch tomorrow since the points contributor Milo gonna sit out and watch the game. Who knows they might need to play 35+ minutes. Suns with the acquire of veteran S. Oneal starts producing some fruits. With steady performance and rebound no wonder Suns still wanna splash out big money for the big guy. S. Nash, A. Stoudemire and J. Richardson are jelling better and better. Bench players like L Barbosa, G. Hill together with M. Barnes been playing on-form games. With kind bookmaker making OU (Over / Under) 220.5, I don't see why we should take over with so many defenders and good blockers.

Good to be back again. Last friday lost really unexpected. For those who actually watch the game last 6sec G. Hill (Suns) been fouled but there was no free throw given. Whatever it is we move on.
Toronto Raptors vs Phoenix Suns
I am staying up to watch this game. Is like emotional games between S. Nash and Toronto coach J. Triano. There won't be any changes in Suns startup and i reckon S. Nash, J. Richardson, G. Hill, A. Stoudemire, S. O’Neal. Bench players as usual M. Barnes, L. Amundson, L. Barbosa, A. Tucker. Reasonly I don't see Suns coach T. Porter doing the right push. Players often lack on killing instinct and let other teams make a comeback. Raptors at home are strong teams. It could be stronger if they have J. Calderon back and there might be a slim chance he will be back tonite. If not then i reckon for their starters will be W. Solomon, A. Parker, J. Moon, C. Bosh, A. Bargnani. J O’Neal should be playing too but I personally think coach might not start him immediately. Both teams are really good at offend and not doubt of that. However I will go for something really drastic. T. Porter will definately make some changes on their mistake in the last 3 games. If Suns play flow ball games, Raptors will be easy meat to chew.

Denver Nuggets vs Sacramento Kings
1 thing good about Nuggets ever since they acquired C. Billups, they are capable of playing offend and defend as they wants it. For the starters— C. Billups, J.R. Smith, D. Jones, K. Martin, Nene should be fit enough to hold Nuggets torch in front of their fans. L. Kleiza on form too. The only setback for Nuggets is that Melo still out due to injuries. Nevertheless, Nuggets still top their table in NothWest Standings and holding there very firm. Visitor Kings been playing LWLWL tune and both the wins they need to shoot close to 50% mark. A piece of good news for Kings however none other than full healthy squad. B. Udrih, K. Martin, J. Salmons, J. Thompson, B. Miller all played very well for Kings lately eventhough some just return from injuries. The letdown are mostly due to the benchplayers F. Garcia and S. Hawes inconsistence game. Kings coach Kenny Natt definately have a test tomorrow when he take his boys to a land where very hard nugget to crack. Bookmaker quoting Nuggets -8.5, I would say should be achievable but I am more interested to their OVER 217.

Good to be back again. Today I will skip Magic vs Celtics game and focus on this game.
Washington Wizards vs LA Lakers
No matter how well Wizards play now are just pass time because their chances to qualify for playoff will be long gone. Today they played well with the starters of M. James, C. Butler, D. McGuire, A. Jamison, A. Blatche. Bench players show some initiative to excel but it is abit too late for this use to be great team. Injuries and young inexperience team do contribute to poor play this year. For those who watch today's game better LA Clippers vs LA Lakers, u will know how well A. Byrum play. He at the age 21 can really make a huge impact to the game. All the while I personally thinks that K. Byrant are just a so-so player. On top of that, I also put him a remark as selfish. But all those change my preception when he did a 12+ assist with his twisted fingers. I can't say anything more but K. Byrant truly a MPV player. With home advantage I will not reluctant to do the following.

Atlanta Hawks vs Miwaukee Bucks
Hawks is very good at home but their force is not 100%. Same goes to Bucks but they been showing a good ball game even without A. Bogut. However we might see A. Bogut in this game.

LA Clippers vs Oklahoma City Thunder
Clippers full with problems (injuries and inexperience) but Thunder recently see some progress (after down so many games at last they find some solutions). There will be basket fiesta on this game. Clippers young guns will definately play all out to get as much minutes play as possible while Thunder will continue their good run.

Boston Celtics vs Dallas Mavericks
Quite loopsided if we really look into this game. Celtics been playing extremely well after a few humilated lost and now they been controlling their opponent points very well. Celtics starters nothing more to talk about but the bench players doing a fine job on defend. This teamwork really put coach Doc River into a happy position, especially on rotation play. Mavericks since coach Rick Carlisle takes over transform into a defensive team. No doubt starters J. Kidd, A. Wright, J. Howard, D. Nowitzki, E. Dampier been doing a superb job lately but shooting % need to improve. Against team like Celtics who don't really give anybody chances to shoot except themselves really pull down shooting % for Mavericks. So no hesitating:-

Orlando Magic vs Cleveland Cavaliers
The best of Eastern Conference gonna meet each others tomorrow at Magic soil. It will be message for all other teams on how well each of them gonna flare. Magic back on track after been humilated by Celtics (this game Magic Superman aka D. Howard been guarded like sardin) and Heat (D. Wade played like 5 M. Jordan) by whacking Pacers 24points. However Pacers been well known for their poor defends. Nothing to shout about actually but credits should be given to the starters none other than J. Nelson (this guy deserve MPV), C. Lee, H.Turkoglu (if he connect his 3pointer very dangerous), R. Lewis and D. Howard. Bench players don't really flare for the pass 3 games except big guy M. Pietrus played a consistence game. With 34-10 on their belly Magic really got something magical in their play. Switching over to Cavaliers everybody should have know better that M. Williams, S. Pavlovic, L. James, B. Wallace and A. Varejao been doing a fine job with the absend of Z. Ilgauskas and D. West. Some good news I read this afternoon that Z. Ilgauskas been training with the team on Monday and expected to play tomorrow. If he plays then definately a booster for Cavaliers. Bookmakers quoting Magic -4.5 on this game. I personally feel is gonna be a very close game, with current Cavaliers form.

It will be a short 1. Warriors struggle with offends lately and even M. Ellis cant help much here. S. Jackson game like yoyo recently and god knows when his form will be back. Spurs on the other hand might stick back to their defend defend and defend play. Points will depends on T. Parker (dunno whether he is playing and M. Ganubili. R. Mason might need to hold the offensive play as well if T. Parker not playing. I dont see how Warriors can pass through Spurs wall.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs Toronto Raptors
Brief 1 again. Cavaliers been playing extremely good game lately (with 22-0 home win) and with big guy Z. Ilgauskas things will be even easier. Toronto lately got back their 1st 5 main players but lack of communication play cost them alot of turnovers and low scoring. 'Teamwork' can do wonders to any teams even if a non-ALL STARs team. I will go for:-

Dallas Mavericks vs Portland Trail Blazers
If anybody watch Portland last game against Hornets (home), everyone will get a shock on how Portland comeback from 20+ points deficit. J. Bayless deserve credits for knocking in 63% of the shots. However their win was good because Hornets star C. Paul was injured. All the 3 quarters they struggle alot. Starters for tomorrow I reckon will be the same with S. Rodriguez, B. Roy (very important guy), N. Batum, L. Aldridge and G. Oden. Their form consider up and down for the pass 3 games but their bench players were fantastic and non other than T. Outlaw, R. Fernandez (this guy can dunk), J. Przybilla, and J. Bayless. Playing with Dallas I personally dont think Portland might be able to pull their luck. Dallas coach Rick Carlisle really make major changes recently and they really stress their play with J. Kidd and D. Nowitzki. Anyway who will not pass the ball to D. Nowitzki in Dallas when this tall guy been putting the ball in the basket like eating salad (no sweat). Dallas defend side getting better too and teamwork been improving tremendously. Ball been moving around very well and they manage to get alot of steal and block which won them 3 games with 100+ on their score line. So I will put my money on the surging Dallas.

Memphis Grizzles vs LA Clippers
Is kinda sad to see Clippers struggles lately even though some of the main players had returned to the regular startup. Starters B. Davis, E. Gordon, A. Thornton, B. Skinner, M. Camby all healthy and I believe they will start the match tomorrow. However main man C. Kaman will still sitting out with street clothes. Clippers coach will have a hard time to blend the team to winning road and with the season left with 30+ games is as good as kiss this season goodbye. Memphis been playing with full confident after fired their old coach and replace with L. Hollins. His wide open play really suits the team well and with recent 2 win in a row really mean a lot to the players. I will go for Memphis to win this game and another down for Clippers.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs LA Lakers
2 top All Stars players gonna meet each others at Cleveland soil and definately a game to watch and bet. Cavaliers pass 4 wins were impressive even though without D. West (100% fit). L. James playing extremely well passing the ball to his teammates and putting some in the basket himself. For starters tomorrow I reckon M. Williams (top form performance), W. Szczerbiak (not 100% fit - Broken nose), L. James (main engine for Cavaliers), B. Wallace, Z. Ilgauskas. Bench—Center Anderson Varejao, Forward J.J. Hickson, Guard Daniel Gibson. According to NBA website report it seems that some of the Cavaliers players might down with flu. Over to Lakers side, who needs A. Bynum when their all time superstars none other than K. Byrant and P. Gasol been combining more than 65 points for the pass 3 games. Most impressively they no-giveup attitute whack Celtics 110-109 OT win really show that they are real contender for this year championship rings. To cut the story short, I reckon tomorrow Cavaliers might need extra effort to put away red hot Lakers. Flu and broken nose definately an disadvantage to Cavaliers.

I love basketball especially teams that can score alot of points and determine winning by 1-2 points. This will definately make the game exciting and fun to watch. Not forgetting it will be fun to bet too. Both teams are really powerpack when come to scoring and the best part were if anybody take OVER for the pass 3 games for both teams they are going to face red in their betting. All the games they played defensively. On Warriors side I reckon starters will be J. Crawford, M. Ellis, S. Jackson, K. Azubuike and R. Turiaf. Regular center A. Biedrins will be out for sometime due to injuries. This means offend on Warriors are full health but their defend players are out. Knicks who been coach by ATTACK only formation M. Antoni will probably starts C. Duhon, W. Chandler, A. Harrington, D. Gallinari (this guy course the lower scoring for the pass few games) and D. Lee. I personally think defend play for this game will be a waste of time since Warriors at home normally hit 105 points at worst. Knicks pass 3 games on defend mode might consider switch they playing style when offensive seems to suits them better. Without wasting time...

Portland Trail Blazers vs Oklahoma City Thunder
At home, Blazers could consider 1 of the tough nut to crack. All the teams that visited Rose Garden will definately taste the 'hooligans atmoshpere' that might cause them to shake. Tomorrow Blazers will starts without S. Blake but others like S. Rodriguez, B. Roy (keyman for Blazers), N. Batum, L. Aldridge, and G. Oden (inconsistence lately) will definately filled the 1st 5. Benchplayers playing extremely well T. Outlaw, R. Fernandez, J. Przybilla and J. Bayless deserve full credit for the recent 109-108 win over Knicks. Switching to Scott Brooks's team Thunder (I personally prefer Supersonic name better) we all know that this young team are at the bottom of Northwest region. However their diehard day in day out play like nobody business starters like R. Westbrook, K. Weaver, K. Durant (I will vote him as the most hardworking running around the field guy), J. Green and N. Collison really give their fans some extra booster to watch them play. Sad to say I don't think Thunder can win the game in Rose Garden, however I love what bookmaker making. LA Lakers vs Atlanta Hawks
Firstly congrats to K. Bryant and S. O'neal on the co-MPV. I feel C. Paul deserve the co title much better than S. O'neal (no offend to S. O'neal's fan). Hawks standing 4th in the Eastern Standings definately fighting hard for their playoff opportunity. For quite sometimes Hawks finally looks healthy and ready to strike back their beginning form (giving Celtics cold sweat). I reckon their starters M. Bibby, J. Johnson, M. Williams, J. Smith and A. Horford. It definately good to see a new team into playoff. However their last 2 wins are against a so-so team. Meeting Lakers at home will be different baby. Over to Lakers side, their last defeat to Utah really a big blow to all punters. However, P. Gasol and K. Bryant superb display on All Star really blows Eastern Side away. Like Hawks, Lakers also fighting for the playoffs spot but their aim will be home-court advantage throughout the postseason. So I personally thinks they will not let Hawks hovering at Staples Center and searching for dead ducks. They will definately shoot them down with starters D. Fisher, L. Walton/ T. Ariza/ A. Morrison (new signing) and L. Odom. Whoever, Lakers put for small forwards position I don't see how Hawks can prey on the red-hot Lakers.

Detroit Pistons vs San Antonio Spurs
There are no odds available on the bookmaker page yet for this game. However, this game will be intresting tomorrow. Last meet in Dec,08 Pistons roll Spurs flat on the ground with the winning margin of 12 points. Starters are definately different during that time and now. On the news, M. Curry the coach might change the startup. So I reckon the startup will be R. Stuckey, A. Iverson, T. Prince, A. McDyess and R. Wallace. Pistons game been down lately after C. Billups been traded away. What worst is after Spurs game they will be hitting the road game. It will be LONG AND WINDING for them. Spurs as well dont play any better than Pistons after losing 2 games in a role. M. Ginobili might sit out for tomorrow game as well but I personally feel he will be in. Starters will be the same T. Parker, R. Mason / G. Hill, M. Finley, T. Duncan and Center M. Bonner. Losing 2 games will not make G. Popovich any happy. Tomorrow I reckon will be defensive game. Not many points. Since no odds on the bookmaker I will just do some options betting:-

Houston Rockets vs Dallas Mavericks
Hurray to Rockets. Now they can really focus on the game than players not agreeing to each other and blaming each other fault. Additional to this, new acquired K. Lowry (from Memphis) might speed up Rockets game abit. Starters for tomorrow I reckon will be K. Lowry (why not start him!!!), R. Artest, S. Battier (this is the guy to watch and I think he will guard D. Norwitzki), L. Scola and Center will be none other than Yao Ming. Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle recently too speedup their offend and make J. Kidd running around the court more while D. Nowitzki and J. Howard will finish with the points. With 2 teams with offend in their coach's mind this could be a high tempo game. The only setback I worried will be D. Nowitzki and Yao Ming miss their shots by shooting <35%. However, I personally think the game will end up 100 points a piece for each team.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs Detroit Pistons
After several bad games for Pistons starters will remain unchange for tomorrow and I reckon Pistons will start with R. Stuckey, A. Iverson, T. Prince, A. McDyess and R. Wallace. It really a nightmare for Pistons coach when he partner R. Hamilton with A. Iverson don't gel along but on the other hand cause spliting and spinning headache. Looks like selling C. Billups really bad choice for Pistons. Losing 4 points to Spurs at home really big reverse gear for the team who use to dominate at home. Moving over to Cavaliers, team without any changes even the datelines close been playing extremely well ballgame. Starters M. Williams, T. Kinsey (I reckon he will replace D. West for a while), L. James (steaming Hot), B. Wallace and Big man Z. Ilgauskas. The team been playing defensive game and counter attack formation very well. I cant believe it on the last game L. James hitting 72% 3pointers that sink Bucks to the max. Having a good break plus playing at home will definately see Cavaliers sink Pistons for good.

Good game ladies and gentlemen. Dont miss this game. Surging Rockets vs Red Hot Cavaliers. Lets start with host. Rockets without the HOOHAR T. Mcgrady playing better game. Looks like the All Star dont really deserve that title for this season. Acquiring K. Lowry also indirectly put some fire power in their bench players. Tomorrow I believe Rockets might start with A. Brooks, R. Artest, S. Battier (this guy really good when he takecare of D. Norwitzki), L. Scola and the best Center for Rockets Yao Ming. Their 4 games won really something but there are some flaws in their ability to hold the lead. More than likely with huge lead they tend to lack on focus that something bring them to trouble. Over to Red Hot Cavaliers who will actually believe this team (last season no chance to win championship) turn out to be a strong contender from the East. Starters most likely for tomorrow M. Williams, D. West (since he rest for 1 game)/T. Kinsey (if D. West cant play), L. James, B. Wallace and great Z. Ilgauskas. Both teams will definately wanna test out their capability tomorrow. What interest me the most is not the Starters as we all know starters are usually Stars or All Stars. The key point tomorrow with depend on how well the benchplayers will perform. On stats and ability, Cavaliers have the advantage edge compare to Rockets. Additional to this they are stronger when under pressure. Rockets home and very good rest do give them some cutting edge but I still believe Cavaliers should pull this through.

Rockets is the only team so far my picks was wrong most of the time. Whether against it or go with it the result will be opposite. However, I will repick this team again since they been showing some good and solid progress. Starters will be the same (without T. Mcgardy - how nice) A. Brooks, R. Artest, S. Battier, L. Scola and Yao Ming. The last 2 guys I have to say they have my deep respect. Scoring and defending so well that keep competitors at bay. Raptors had a good rest since Sunday but the team still lack of teamwork that cost them the game recently. Lotsa changes in the team however starters will be J. Calderon, A. Parker, S. Marion (should be able to recover from flu), C. Bosh and A. Bargnani. Even the style of playing been change to attacking game. Is rather tempting not to take OVER 197 AH so I will settle for:-

New Jersey Nets vs Boston Celtics
Nets played very well today against Bucks with a late surge. However Bucks is without their main players. Celtics too without their key players but I reckon they can still give Nets some headache. Furthermore with 1 game different trailing Cleveland, I believe Celtics will try to win this. Emotional game for S. Marbury too. He might need to show that he worth the 1st 5 players. Additional to this if Celtic can win this game next game they will face Cleveland and if they wins that game as well then they will clinch thier top spot again.

Due to the main starters injuries woes at Bucks tomorrow I reckon R. Sessions, L. Mbah a Moute, R. Jefferson, C. Villanueva and F. Elson will take the main role. Bucks been playing badly recently but their form start to make a comeback (too late for PlayOff chance) with a superb wins over Warriors. Knicks however change their playing style abit from attack formation with attack and guard-counter attack. Starters will remain C. Duhon, L. Hughes, W. Chandler, A. Harrington and David Lee. What I believe is both teams will play offensively since they got nothing to lose and all to gain.

Dallas is desperate compare to Blazers to qualify for the playoff in Western Conference. After good game been shown in Rose Garden nobody can deny that Portland really a hard nut to crack with a strong crowd behind them. What interest me is bookmaker quoting Portland -8 AH. I believe Portland will win if they manage to contain Mavericks only 2 shooters at the moment. However, I reckon the point lost will be within 8 points.

Rose Garden (Blazers' homeground) is a tough nut to crack and everybody aware. Nets are hungry for playoff. I reckon this game will be full of fouls and its going to be close. Nets will play their heart out if they wanna climb and sit still in 8th spot for the playoff. Blazers are good but giving 7points they have to play a flawless defend. Houston Rockets vs San Antonio Spurs
Rockets played well and start to have more options on the attacking side. Spurs too did well provided they can control other teams from shooting higher then 90 points. I personally think it will be tough for Spurs to contain Rockets.

Milwaukee Bucks vs Boston Celtics
Both teams having key players injured. However, bookmaker quoting Celtics -6.5 seems within reach for Celtics. With current benchplayers moving to an improvement play I reckon they will give their best to show they belongs to the 2007/2008 champs. Bucks still in dark cloud even since their key man M. Redd and A. Bogut out for the season. Yet I would say they did hang on well. Tomorrow with Celtics visiting them I dont think Bucks will be that lucky.

Boston are awfull without Garnet they are pathetic..they lost to Chicago and now are back at home against Miami Heat..Miami wona few days ago against Celtics and now the handicap is -6,5 for Boston..no thank you..i had it with Boston ! they cost me so much money..they are full off sheet ! not to mention Lakers today lost is with 76ers something is wrong with this Nba i`m telling u ! lay of the nba

Yep I just saw the highlight of Lakers game.Iguadola made a 3-pt in the last second,shooting behind the line and through a guardian and Philadelphia won by 1 point.Thus this guy is 1-7 for the game from 3pts line.Talk about timing.Ofcourse I was waiting for this game only for 4k euro.Great :( :(
